1. What shipping methods and delivery times do you offer?

We dispatch all orders within 1 business day to mainland UK via a 24‑hour tracked service. Under normal conditions, all deliveries arrive within 2 business days (including Saturdays). Orders placed after 4 pm on Fridays or before a public holiday will be dispatched on the next business day.

2. How much does delivery cost?

Delivery is £1.95 for orders under £75. If your total is £75 or more, delivery is free.

3. What is your returns and refund policy?

You have 30 days from receipt to return unused items in their original packaging. Returns due to faults are refunded in full, including shipping. For unwanted returns, standard return shipping costs are covered by the customer. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, usually within 1 business day of receiving the item. 4. Can I exchange an item?

Yes, we understand mistakes can be made and offer exchanges for incorrect orders. Please contact us via email; we’ll help organise the send-back and replacement. Return shipping for unwanted items is at your cost; for packing errors or damages, we’ll cover the shipping.

5. Can I amend or cancel my order?

You may cancel your order within 14 days of receipt. If your order hasn’t yet dispatched, we may also amend it. Once dispatched, changes aren’t possible—if needed, a new order will be required.

6. How fast is your customer support?

7. Are Affordable Nutrition’s products safe and high quality?

We are a family-run UK business with nearly 30 years of experience in performance nutrition, so we’ve seen the good, the bad and the ugly. Therefore we only stock the finest engineered products manufactured to GMP Standards in an ISO 9001 certified facility, backed by third-party purity testing.

8. Do you offer discount codes or promotions?
