I do a lot of very early morning deliveries and go to the gym after otherwise it won't get done. Been feeling fatigued and flat for some time and somewhat going through the motions. I rate this highly for improving quality and quantity of sleep. I train at 6am and feel much fresher and more energetic on a morning after 2 of these before bed. Also aches and niggles in both my wrists have practically disappeared after the first month so it must help a lot with recovery from wear and tear. I ran a fourteen week cycle of MK677 supported in the final six weeks by a short, six week MK2866 cycle alongside. I bulked from 97KG to 105KG. Whilst keeping lean and toning my chest, my traps, anterior and posterior delts "blew up", gaining both significant size and hardness. My prior injury to my MCL presented no issues during this period of time, and due to the ability to push harder due to improved sleep and recovery from week two of the cycle onwards, my quads and hamstrings also put on significant size during the cycle. Overall, very impressed, these are a superb combination for improving sleep, recovery, putting on size and gaining strength. I personally didn't experience the extreme hunger drive past the second week of the cycle, and didn't find this to be detrimental at all. Would strongly recommend this for a bulk. The combination of MK677/MK2866 in the final stages of the cycle led to a growth in energy surplus and motivation too, both physical and mental stamina took a huge boon during this stage of the cycle. Great stuff – so thank you.
